 4 exercises of 10 minutes will reduce belly fat twice as fast


Fat in and around the abdomen is the cause of serious diseases like high BP, stroke, type-2 diabetes, heart disease, cancer. Excess fat found in the abdomen produces toxins called cytokines which cause heart disease and diabetes. Trainer Jeannie Gomez of Fight, America's largest personal training service, shares these four exercises to burn belly fat twice as fast.


Body remains active, fat decreases


1) High knee


• Stand with your legs slightly apart. • Keep the back straight.


• Rapid up-down of the legs


Do it. Take the knee at least to the level of the chest. • 3 sets of 15-15 with each leg


Do it. That is, 30 times in one go.


2) Planck


THEYOGESHKUMAR


• Get into pushup position. Support the body on the elbows. • Keep the head down, hands parallel to the floor.


• Do not let the torso bend. Keep the body straight. • Do 3 sets of 30 seconds.


3) Mountain Climber


• Get into pushup position. • Take one leg near the chest by bringing it towards the opposite hand.


• Now bring the other leg forward. • Do 15 times with each leg i.e. total 30 times. Do 3 sets.


4) Seated Knee Tucks


• While sitting on the hips, bring the feet together


Lift it up off the floor. While exhaling, take both the legs near the chest. Wait a few seconds.


• Now while breathing, move the legs forward. - Do 3 sets of 15-15.
